The best CRM for real estate agents under 50 users, for most teams, is Follow Up Boss. It is built for agents, it includes lead routing, and its pricing gets cheaper per person as you grow. Below, I run the real monthly math at 10, 25, and 50 users.
Quick answer
- Best overall: Follow Up Boss. Pick Pro up to 20 users and Platform from 21 users.
- Best if you also buy leads and need a website: Real Geeks.
- Lowest cost per seat: Zoho CRM, if someone on your team can set it up.
- Best for a tiny budget: Wise Agent, for teams that stay under 15 people.
- Skip for now: a general sales CRM with no texting, unless your agents text from another tool.

I did not test these products. I read each vendor's pricing page and a few trusted guides on November 1, 2026. All prices are in US dollars and can change, so confirm them before you sign.
Real estate CRM cost for 25 and 50 users
Most comparison guides stop at a per-seat price. That hides the number your broker cares about, which is the monthly total. Here is that total, worked out from each vendor's published prices.
| Plan | 25 users | 50 users |
|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss Pro | $1,234 | $2,459 |
| Follow Up Boss Platform | $1,000 | $1,400 |
| Real Geeks | $749 | $949 |
| Zoho CRM Professional | $575 | $1,150 |
| Pipedrive Premium | $1,475 | $2,950 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Pro | $2,250 | $4,500 |
How I got these numbers:
- Follow Up Boss uses monthly billing, as of November 1, 2026, on its pricing page.
- Real Geeks adds up its user tiers, as I read them. It leaves out the $500 setup fee, leads, and IDX feeds.
- Zoho and Pipedrive use annual-billing prices reported by Business.com on October 27, 2026. I could not read those prices on the vendors' own pages.
- HubSpot uses its $90 per seat price and leaves out the $1,500 onboarding fee.
The best real estate CRM for each team size
1 to 9 users
Follow Up Boss Grow is $69 per user per month, or $58 on yearly billing. Calling costs $39 more per user on monthly billing. Do the math before you choose Grow, because 10 users on Pro cost $499 with unlimited calling and texting included. At 8 users, Grow alone is $552, so Pro is already cheaper.
Wise Agent is the budget choice at $49 a month for up to 5 team members. Read the fine print, though. Those 5 people share one login, and extra logins are $20 each per month. Texting is a paid add-on with a one-time $80 registration fee.
10 to 20 users
Follow Up Boss Pro fits here. It includes 10 users for $499, and each extra user is $49 a month. You also get team inboxes and call reporting.
21 to 49 users
Follow Up Boss Platform takes over. It costs $1,000 for 30 users, and each extra user is $20. At 21 users, Pro would cost $1,038, so Platform is the better deal from that point on. It also adds "teams within teams," which helps when one brokerage runs several small squads.
Who each CRM fits, and who it does not
Follow Up Boss
- Fits: teams that get leads from many sources and need fast routing. It supports round robin and first-to-claim groups, plus ponds for inactive leads.
- Does not fit: teams that want heavy text automation. Zapier's guide lists "limited text automation" as a drawback.
- Good to know: it offers a 14-day free trial and no contracts.
Real Geeks
- Fits: teams that want the CRM and lead generation from one company. The platform is $399 a month and includes 2 users.
- Does not fit: teams that want no commitment. The pricing page shows 6-month and 12-month terms.
- Good to know: lead packages start at $299 a month, so the real bill can be much higher than the table.
Zoho CRM
- Fits: teams with a tech-minded person who can build the workflows.
- Does not fit: teams that want a real estate setup out of the box. Zoho is a general CRM.
- Good to know: Business.com reports that view-only staff can add $9 per user per month.
Top Producer
- Fits: teams that want a real estate CRM with a flat team price. Pro Teams lists $699 for 10 users and $1,199 for 25 users.
- Does not fit: teams that dislike contracts. Zapier reports a 12-month contract.
- Good to know: the pricing page showed two different prices for Pro ($179 and $98) and for 5-user teams ($399 and $299). Get a written quote.
Lofty and BoldTrail
Neither shows a price. Lofty's page says "Request Pricing" on every tier. Zapier warns that Lofty's pay-as-you-go calls and texts can make bills hard to predict. I can't rank what I can't price, so treat these as options to quote, not as picks.
What to check before you buy
Most "best CRM" lists skip these points. For a team of 10 or more, they matter more than the feature list.
- Lead routing. Ask how a new lead gets to an agent, and what happens if no one answers.
- Who owns the data. Agents leave. Decide in writing who keeps the contacts, and check that an admin can reassign them in one step.
- Add-on math. Add calling, text credits, setup fees, and website fees to the seat price.
- Text registration. See the next section.
Texting rules most CRM guides leave out
Your CRM can send texts, but your team still has to follow the rules. This is general information, not legal advice. Ask a lawyer about your own setup.
- 10DLC registration. The Campaign Registry says a company that texts customers through software counts as a "Brand." You can't register directly. Your messaging provider handles it, so ask each CRM vendor who does this and what it costs.
- Written consent. FCC documents say marketing texts sent by autodialer need the recipient's prior written agreement.
- Opt-outs. An FCC order says people can revoke consent in any reasonable way, and you must honor it within 10 business days.
- Bought leads. Confirm the consent covers your team before you add a purchased lead to a text campaign.

FAQ
What is the best CRM for a small real estate team?
For most small teams, I'd pick Follow Up Boss because it is built for agents and includes lead routing. Wise Agent is the cheaper choice if the team has under 15 people.
How much does a real estate CRM cost for a team?
Based on published prices on November 1, 2026, a 25-user team pays about $575 to $2,250 a month. The total depends on the plan and on add-ons such as calling, setup, and leads.
Is there a free CRM for real estate agents?
Yes, but free plans fit very small teams. HubSpot Sales Hub is free for up to 2 users, and Zoho CRM is free for 3 users. Neither free plan fits a team of 10 or more.
Should a real estate team use HubSpot or Pipedrive?
You can, but a real estate CRM is usually an easier start. Zapier reports that Pipedrive has no phone or text features. HubSpot Sales Hub Pro was the most expensive option in my team cost table.
